Living the American Dream of owning and operating a Peterbrooke, the Aballas come from various disciplines and many years of experience from the Military, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering. Wanting to use their variety of  skillets, team work, and passion for reaching out to the community through the comforts of decadent chocolates, it only seem fit for the Aballas to be part of the Peterbrooke family. Peterbrooke has a particularly fond memory for the Aballas, hundreds of the City of Jacksonville Skyline on Large Business Card molds were utilized for their daughter Diane’s wedding as decor and giveaways at TPC Sawgrass.
